Speaker 2:Hello and welcome to another episode of Unbound Ambitions, the podcast where we explore the infinite possibilities within each of us. I'm your host, penelope Micheliniti, and today we are diving deep into a topic that has been my mission for many years why it is crucial for women to shred the layers of limiting beliefs. Shred the layers of limiting beliefs. We will explore the journey of transformation where the tears of pain become tears of joy and where every woman can feel heard, seen, appreciated and understood. It's about feeling whole, being unafraid of judgment and embracing our authentic selves. Let's start by understanding limiting beliefs.
Speaker 2:Limiting beliefs are negative thoughts and perceptions about ourselves and our abilities. These beliefs can originate from past experiences, societal expectations or even fear of judgment. They create invisible barriers that prevent us from reaching our full potential. Imagine living your life under the constant weight of thoughts like I'm not good enough, I can't do this or what will people think? These beliefs are not only draining, but also keep us from embracing our true selves. Ladies, it's time to ask ourselves these questions. How many opportunities have I missed because of my limiting beliefs? How many times have I stayed silent when I should have spoken up? How many dreams have I abandoned because I didn't think I deserved them. Because I didn't think I deserved them.
Speaker 2:Shredding these limiting beliefs is not just something we need to do at a point, it's essential for our well-being and growth. When we let go of these mental barriers, we open the door to a life filled with possibilities. We become free to feel, free to be ourselves and free, powerful part of our human experience. You've heard me many times mentioning that our emotions cause us to take certain actions which ultimately create the results we are experiencing at that specific moment. So when we transform these limiting beliefs, these limiting thoughts we have, into more positive way of thinking, what happens is that we allow ourselves to fully experience joy, love and even sadness, without judgment. This emotional freedom leads to a richer, more fulfilling life. That's why I say freedom to feel is so important. Freedom to be ourselves Authenticity is liber important. Freedom to be ourselves Authenticity is liberating. When we are true to ourselves, we attract the right opportunities and people into our lives. We no longer have to hide behind masks or pretend to be someone we are not. And lastly, freedom to shine. Every woman has a unique light within her. By shredding these limiting beliefs, we allow that light to shine brightly, brightly. It's like we opening. We are opening our windows to a house that has been closed and shut down for so long. We are allowing fresh air to come in. And what we do? We become role models, not just for ourselves, but for other women who are also struggling to break free. And I want to be honest with you Embarking on this journey of transformation requires courage and commitment.
Speaker 2:It's about turning those tears of pain into tears of joy and feeling heard, seen, appreciated and understood. So if you are all in, if you want to get rid of and break free from all these negative beliefs that are holding you back, and if you are committed to the process, here are some steps to help you get started. Number one self-reflection. Be courageous enough to devote time to identify your limiting beliefs. Why courageous? Because judgment most probably will kick in the minute you start reflecting on what is holding you back. If you want to break free once and for all, you will have to push through the resistance you feel and keep writing until there is nothing else left to write. Once you create that list, left to right, once you create that list, your next step is to honestly reflect on how they have impacted your life, and by they. I mean all exercise for my beliefs around money. I had a list of almost 100 negative thoughts and struggled with money 97 negative beliefs around money. So take the time to reflect. It's very important.
Speaker 2:Step number two is to challenge your beliefs. Question the validity of your limiting beliefs. Are they based on facts or assumptions? Facts are when we can prove them in a court of law. If we cannot produce evidence that these beliefs are true, then they are assumptions. They are stories, and we can always change the story we tell ourselves over and over. So you must replace them with empowering beliefs that support your growth. This is what I mean by challenging these beliefs. Are you a fact? Can I prove that you are true? If I can't, then I'm making assumptions, I'm making stories. So I choose to change the story that I am telling myself. I'm going to tell myself a happier story, a more positive one.
Speaker 2:Number three seek support. Surround yourself with a supportive community, whether it's friends, family or a coach. Having people who believe in you can make a world of difference. If you want to change, you must surround yourself with those who are more successful than you, who are more successful than you, who have walked the path you are on and who came on the other side as winners, not losers. Why am I saying this? Because I don't want you to take advice from friends and family members who are facing the same or even bigger challenges than you and, if we are honest with ourselves, we had those moments where friends or family members they were giving us advice that they haven't even tried. You must find and listen to people that they have created the results that they are talking about, that they are encouraging you, not discourage. You Pay extreme attention to who your circle of influence is, because it affects your future.
Speaker 2:Number four practice self-compassion. Be kind to yourself, stop judging or blaming and always remember that transformation is a journey, not a destination that you get to. To change the trajectory of your life, you must keep growing and changing. And one another thing always, always celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and, lastly, take action. Stop thinking and start doing. One step every day will build your confidence and reinforce your new, empowering beliefs.
Speaker 2:The question I want to ask you is this why do you believe women need to hear this message? Because many of us are feeling depleted, lonely and so tired of carrying the weight of our limiting beliefs. We deserve to live vibrant, fulfilling lives where we feel whole and authentically ourselves. If you're listening to this and thinking I need to take this journey, know that you are not alone. There is a community of women who have walked this path and are here to support you. You don't have to continue feeling trapped by your thoughts. You have the power to rewire your story. I want you to remember you are worthy of joy, success and love. When you drop your limiting beliefs, you open the door to a life where you can truly be yourself, unapologetically.
